As the story lead and show writer of the beginnings of NCC, I developed the overarching backstory and spearheaded its translation into the design details of the carts, menu, and product packaging.

Seek out NCC by visiting predetermined ports or chartering a Cart of Call for a private excursion.⁣⁣⁣

The Backstory

Nautilus Coffee Co. salutes the legacy of the Nautilus family, an innovative bunch with a thirst for adventure. At the turn of the 20th century, this remarkable family set out to build a revolutionary submarine to explore the world like never before. Keeping them fueled and focused through this endeavor were the multitudes of magnificent coffee they acquired during their past travels abroad. After many years and many cups of coffee, the submarine was built, and the Nautilus family went on their grand voyage around the globe.

Today, Nautilus Coffee Co. serves the rich and worldly coffee creations that energized the Nautilus family in their pursuit of adventure. Honoring the natural environments that allure such explorers, NCC also engages in sustainable practices, eco-conscious operations, and more for the greater good of our planet.

This delicious drink is served up by the Nitrogenator, a Nautilus family heirloom made long ago by Poppy Nautilus – the eldest of Jane and Henry’s daughters. ⁣⁣

Inspired by sea foam, Poppy built this miraculous contraption to infuse coffee with nitrogen and pressurize it, creating the cascading, frothy, and familiar finish she was hoping for.⁣⁣

Rich and earthy with a touch of vanilla sweetness, this refreshing recipe was the favorite of Ruth Nautilus, the middle Nautilus daughter. ⁣

Ruth was known for her down-to-earth nature and her passion for learning about the world around her. She would always sneak away, Matcha Tea Latte in hand, to cozy up in her reading nook to research the places she would soon visit. ⁣
⁣
Lost in her learning of the world’s history, culture, and natural environments, Ruth sipped cup after cup of this green goodness – earning her the namesake.⁣

With flavors of passion fruit, strawberry, and watermelon, our Trailblazer Energy Soda honors the brilliant Jane Nautilus, a trailblazer in engineering and exploration.⁣

As part of Nautilus Iron Works, Jane built spectacular travel vessels that boosted world exploration like never before.

Her passion and dedication always inspired those around her, including her three daughters – Poppy, Ruth, and Hazel, who went on to follow in their mother’s footsteps.⁣

Called to pursue a great family adventure, Jane Nautilus and her brilliant daughters Poppy, Ruth, and Hazel worked together to build a revolutionary submarine to explore the uncharted depths of the ocean.⁣⁣⁣

While they worked, Henry would serve them delicious cups of caffeinated creations, much like this one, to keep them fueled and focused!⁣⁣⁣

When the submarine was finished, the family named it The Argonaut, and away they went!⁣⁣⁣
